In the midst of the current chaos brought about by the Maltese general elections, we decided to revisit a gem from the past. This is an interview with Spiridione Sant from the general elections of 1996, complete with his usual rendition of the Maltese national anthem at the end.

Alas, the great Sant is no longer with us today as he passed away in the beginning of 2002. But the legend lives on ...



And once again, the interviewer manages to keep a solemn face throughout the entire interview, making the whole thing look like a brilliant comedy sketch.
